The team at Bathurst Animal Hospital would like to thank you for your continued loyalty. We are all very excited to be able to open our doors again!

To keep everyone safe, we will continue to keep our front door locked to manage proper client flow.

Upon arrival to the hospital, please call us to check-in and we will advise you of next steps. We invite one pet parent to attend the appointment. We ask that you wear a face mask at all times when you are inside the hospital.

We will also continue to offer drop-off appointments. All progress exam appointments, technician appointments & sample collections will continue to be drop-off only. Communications for these appointments will be conducted by telephone.

Urgent drop-off appointments & telemedicine consultations will continue to be available daily. We ask that you contact us to book these appointments as we are unable to do walk-ins at this time.

Our team continues to work diligently to ensure our hospital, reception area and exam rooms are sanitized thoroughly between appointments and patients. We ask that you maintain appropriate physical distancing.

Curb-side service remains in place for food, products & medications (unless you have placed an order through and are having your order delivered directly to your home).
