CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALISTS

This is what we call our receptionists who are usually the first faces and voices you meet when you contact or visit us. Their responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, maintaining client and patients' electronic medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling some prescriptions, over the counter sales, reception-area maintenance and financial transactions.

REGISTERED VETERINARY TECHNICIANS

Veterinary Technicians assist the doctors with patient and client care. They are responsible for laboratory procedures, radiology, client communication, medical procedures, pharmacy, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, treatment of hospitalized patients and patient rehabilitation.

VETERINARY ASSISTANT

Ward personnel are responsible for patient hygiene, feeding and exercising. They also function in maintenance of the hospital premises, waste disposal, handling laboratory samples and assisting the doctors and technicians in radiology and animal handling.
