Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases always receive top priority, which is why the occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

Patient Arrival Policy

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We insist that all dogs be placed on a leash and all cats be placed in comfortable carriers before entering the waiting room.

Drop-off Appointments

For your convenience, drop-off' appointments are available. A 'drop off' means you can bring your pet in at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a few hours. When you 'drop off' your pet, you will be asked for a detailed account of your observations, concerns and requests. Our doctors will examine him or her between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients and call you to discuss the diagnosis and any recommendations for further care.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and cash. We also accept payments processed through Medicard and Pet health insurance companies; Petcare, Petplan and Vetinsurance.
